What makes Cotton Confetti bags so unique?

Our bags are born from a passion for vibrant colors and playful patterns, designed at our Austin workshop. Each piece is hand-crafted with meticulous care and released in limited editions. We thoughtfully select high-quality, natural materials that align with our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. We prioritize fabrics like organic cotton, recycled cotton, and occasionally durable linen - chosen for their beauty, feel, and lower environmental footprint. And our dyes are fully natural!

Are your designs truly limited edition?

Yes, absolutely! Our philosophy is to create pieces that are as unique as you are. Each collection features distinct designs made in small, exclusive runs. Once a style is sold out, it is retired, ensuring your bag remains a special and unique expression of your style.

How do I care for my CC bag?

 "To keep my natural beauty intact, please hand wash separately/individually in cold water with a mild, gentle soap"

What does "ethical" mean to Cotton Confetti?

Our commitment to ethical practices means we ensure respect and fair treatment for everyone involved in our supply chain, from material sourcing to the final stitch. We believe in transparency and operating with integrity at every step of the creative process, ensuring each bag does good for both people and the planet.


Do you ship internationally?

Not currently! But please email at support@thecottonconfetti.com we are maybe able to accommodate your needs as we grow. 

What are your shipping times?

Order processing typically takes 1 - 2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your exchange policy? 

All our pieces are handmade, unique and are very limited. We do not accept returns, but are happy to assist in exchanges! Our exchange window is set to 14 days. We do not cover the cost of the shipping labels for exchanges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please reach out to us asap for assistance. But once order is shipped, we are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you by email and the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the package.

Missing Package But Tracking Shows it is Delivered

Please allow 24-48 hours after a delivery confirmation - many times the package will be delivered within this time frame.

Meanwhile...

Look around, packages can be mis-delivered to a nearby door or mailbox. Contact your local USPS and provide them with your tracking number. If you can speak to your local postal person directly they may be able to give more information on to where and when the package was delivered.

If the package still is not recovered, pls visit USPS.com and file a claim. 

We ship with tracking numbers on all packages to ensure they arrive to each customer. Once we hand over shipments to the USPS, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of a package by the Postal Service.
